Default lowering.. and YES i searched!

ok, so from what i have heard.

belltech is the way to go.

BUT

i dont really have 7 large to drop on it..

the eibach pro kit is looking pretty good right now.

from what i have heard as long as its not something drastic 2/4 or soemthing then i wont have ALOT of problems with alignment, etc. if i get a good alignment..

BUT

the belltech kits work on the extended cab right?

all the eibach kits say standard cab.. will they work with the extended cab?
i see on tirerack they have a 1/2 kit that im looking at, $145 right in my price range..

I would think they would fit. I am sure the springs and all associated parts are the same if not similar between extended and regular cab. Maybe there is but my money is on the parts will fit with little or no problems.

Well in the rear what where you planing on? Blocks? Brand new leaf springs? Just there are easy ways even one free way to drop the rear. I was only thinking springs in the front. I do want a 1 or 2 inch set. Let me see how much money I have after Mardi Gras, and I may just order the set you had asked about and post a DIY. I like low trucks, not lifts that is a minority around here. My 4x4 days are done and with my Montero I used to pull mud trucks out all the time at the spillway. I'm not hauling and I lost too much money mudding.

My dodge is just my whipping boy, my beast and now I am repaying it with some TLC, but its still gonna be a dirty work truck.
