What am I missing
Couple weeks ago I went to roll down my driverside window. I guess it was froze and came off the track. No big deal so later that day I pulled the door panel off put the glass back on track. I greased the rollers. Always had a hard spot at the top 2" when rolling up. I then noticed that the vertical channel that has an adjustment screw was loose. Come to find out where the screw goes in the side of door where door jam is was rusted all the way around. Being a welder i fixed this issue. Rolled the window up. Beautifull no drag at top everything worked as it should. Well two days ago I again had to roll the window down and guess what it came off the track. Havent had the chance to tear off the door panel yet cause i need new clips and local stores oddly enough dont have any in. I guess after this very long post my question is Does the window just sit down in the horizontal channel or is there something that broke. Never had this prolblem. It is a crank window and the second time it came off the window was def not froze cause it was 45* out. Any help is appreciated and thankyou in advance Eric
