PIPE DIAMETER DOES AFFECT SOUND.

that said, go with a dual setup with an H pipe. 2.5 inch pipes. the most power you're going to see out of the truck, with a great rumbly sound.

you pick your muffler. im not giving advice on mufflers, thats up to the user.

H pipe would require me buying 2 new cats, 2 new mufflers.....thats a little too much for me. I could be wrong but, i believe that is out of my price range.

put ONE cat in your crossover pipe. (in the middle part of the H itself)

2 mufflers, yes, but its worth it. do it perfect once and FORGET IT.

its actually not that expensive either. if you do it yourself, it only costs you the price of parts, which wouldnt be more than 250 bucks. any reasonable exhaust place will do this custom exhaust work for around 500-600 total.

if your cat is 2.5 inches on both the inlet and outlet, then you should be fine, sir. give me a few minutes to upload a picture or two. ill draw you a diagram too.

i THINK GETTING A LOUDSPEAKER AND PUTTING THAT TO THE TAILPIPE WILL PRODUCE THE BEST RESULTS WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING THE TRUCK SOUND BETTER WHEN LOUD IS YOUR GOAL.
