Knocking tranny

I was under the truck checking the CAT when I heard a knocking from the tran pan. It is not continuos, but pretty regular knock. The truck was in park and ideling. I have an 01 1500 5.9l. Any thoughts? I just bought it used and am in the 30 day warenty period, so if something is wrong I want to know now.
