Default '94 1500 2WD ball joints

New to the forum. Searched and didn't find answers. Can anyone tell me if my lower ball joints are serviceable on a '94 1500 2WD 5.9L? Or are they "part of" the control arm and tack welded? I couldn't tell this morning, as I have never changed Dodge ball joints and don't really know what I'm looking at for the lowers. I'm pretty good with a wrench, but it's a little cold outside to spend lots of time taking things apart for nothin'!
Can anyone point me toward some help changing them, as far as stuff to read? I have a Haynes manual, tons o' tools, and room in the garage if I decide the ball joints need replacing. Parts are not expensive, so maybe I'll try doing one at a time. Driver's side first. Thanks.

They should just be pressed in, but you might find some tack welds on them. If there are tack's on them, just grind them off and press out the joints.

yea u need a press to get em out and back in

took us 2 hours to get the lowers of cause we didnt have the right sized part so we went around for liek an hour b4 we get the right sized metal fence post and then had to lug it back and cut it and pop em out

make sure u have the right sized part..it will go alot easier
