surprise surprise tranny problems on reblt tranny

surprise surprise tranny problems on reblt tranny
o.k. o.k.
here we go guys and girls.
i got my tranny rebuilt by a guy who use to work at Chrysler, AWESOME dude. i gave up on putting it in by myself then had a guy put it in and they screwed up my 4X4 by not tightening the bolt from my floor shifter to the tranny. my mechanic at UPS, my work, who happens to be a FORD guy both of the UPS mechanics are FORD guys. i am a loner at aFORD ran warehouse. hahahahaha, he bails me out of everything with my trucks, Dakota and Ram. so anywhoo.... my truck now does not shift from 1st to 2nd without letting off the accelorator. my MECH says it is my governor. the tranny does not slip or have any trouble in 3rd - 5th.so please, if there are anyother ideas with the sketchy desciptions i gave PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... any info is worth the look
