not that bad less then 10 degrees for sure. I went to drive it home, got about 30 seconds down the road light went off, i stoped shut it off started it back up and turned around and went back. Then i think i shut it off one more time then started it back up, had pressure for about 10 - 15 sec then i shut it off and it will be off untill tomorrow morning.
well, when the pressure did show up, was it in the normal opperating range?

UPDATE! Today went over and drained all the oil out( 10w-30), plus pulled off the filter and dumped that oil out. Put new 5w-30 oil in it started it up, same thing no oil pressure after about 2 min. Went and bought a new oil pressure sensor, new oil and new filter o and the special socket needed for the oil sensor( wasn't bad like 9 bucks). After i broke the old oil pressure sensor in half trying to get the electrical connector off i was able to get it out. There was some junk in the old sensor. Put the new one in, drained and refilled the oil with new 5w-30 and a new filter. Started it up, holds pressure. Let it sit for about 10 min at idle while i kept an eye on the gauge to see if it would drop. Went up pretty high, then settled right around 40, drove it home it was right below 40 the entire way(about 4 miles), didn't move at all. So it seems that all is good, i hope it stays this way. Thanks for all your help.

Update 2. Drove it today. light came on and gauge droped when i would give it gas. Then it would show pressure when i would stop. I kept driving to see if it would go away. About 2 miles down the road/ when the truck warmed up it went away and didn't come back on for the rest of the trip which included a few stops. Whats the next step? I don't think it really lost and pressure because the temp gauge didn't fly up and i didn't hear any loud noises. Thanks

Maybe a loose ground? Check the connection to the sender and see if the ground wire is loose.

ok it could be something elctrical because i had to break some of the plug off(truck side) when i took it off. I broke off the part that the red piece holds in place. Buts it held in by the little push over clip thing, sorry thats the best i can describe it.
