Default Battery Tray?
On the passenger side inner fender, there's two screw holes in the side. Is that for another battery tray? Is it a dealer order piece?

I don't know what holes you are talking about but you can mount a second battery on the pass side. The diesel trucks come with 2 batteries. one on each side.
