ok.. so on my last post.. i mentioned i had to have a new ball joint put on the truck.. had tires rotated, and balanced.. and a new exhaust put on.. great.. all is good... till i took it out today.. ran great till on my way home.. i heard a big clank under the truck.. sounded like under drivers side.. but hard to tell at 55 mph.. truck still runs ok.. still steers ok.. not sure what it was.. cant find it.. all i know.. is when i picked up the truck.. i was inspecting where they did the ball joint and all that.. and where the wheel connects to the axle.. there was some what looked like white axle grease coming out of it.. ( it is a 4x4) .. thought maybe they busted the seal when replacing the upper ball joint. no big deal.. thing is.. today .. after driving it. i STILL saw some on the ground after parking it.. tomorrow i will pull the plug off of the front bell housing and see if theres anything in it.. i know when i put it from park to reverse.. or neutral to drive.. i do hear some odd noise coming from tranny.. kinda has me worried.. im fixing to move from NC to Colorado .. long trip to be having truck troubles..
