I think wheels that are backspaced just the right amount, to give it a little wider stance... And of course tinted windows. You can get taillight covers or spray on tint for the taillights. Aftermarket fog lights.....

Put a camper top on it. By the way, here is a picture of my truck. I haven't posted one yet. It is not washed at all and very dirty.

Just realized i never put my fender flares in the sig. Black rims and lots of tireare mean also. Also having trailer harness wires hanging off your rear bumper gives your truck a sense of purpose...like it does some work every now and again.
