hey guys, installed a few new strobes on both my trucks, my red truck just got a full size whelen edge 9000 lightbar, my blue truck has a whelen mini edge, whelen strip lights mounted to my backrack, and whelen 90 watt hide-a-ways in the tail lights. all of these are used for plowing, and for landscaping in the summer.

Wow good thing you have those for landscaping... i'm thinkin that's just another excuse to get em haha. I'd love to plow in those trucks though everything would be flashing.

 

they are mostly for plowing, we plow commercial roadways at this big commercial complex we plow, and the more lights the better, they also help alot when backing out onto main roads to plow, and out of blind driveways. my brother was plowing with the red dodge 2 storms ago, and almost got t-boned by a lady in a lexus suv FLYING around a blind corner she was going so fast she had to swerve to miss him and lost control, flew off the road and into a snow bank. so we decided we mine as well be safe then sorry.

thats pretty sweeet man, you are going to have alot more people driving past you very slowly, lights on vehicles make me paranoid...

 

thanks man, thats the idea lets see if people slow down tho, lol it seems people get dumber and dumber every day, they dont care what you're doing, they will fly past you and almost kill you.

 

Well, then, let's hope they get outta your way because of the lights, and then slide into something and destroy their cars. That way maybe they'll learn. The hard way usually does it for me

 

thats all i can hope for, lol most people dont break speed at all, they pretend they dont even see you most of the time. in this day and age it seems everyone has nowhere to go fast, every ones impatient.
