just curious, what wires did you go with? i picked up autolites, they are new from what advance told me. they compliment the plugs nicely and they come pre greased. nice wires in my opinion
How you like 'em? I thought about getting those, but everyone said to go with at least 8mm, and they were 7.5mm. Don't really know WTF .5mm does for me, but I went with the 8mm Jegs Hotwires.

Did you end up getting those? .5mm can actually be alot believe it or not. Besides, aren't the autolites even more expensive?

I do not have the need for those $80 to $120 wires like some people do as I don't opereate my vehicle in the 'race' range. I also don't have a trick ingition that double taps the spark plugs. I am going to replace my wires with Jegs' 8.00 power wires for $30.00 part 555-40251(p.121T of the new catalog). They come with grease, looms and numbers tags. Someone has actually put a link to the Jegs website somewhere on this site if you search for it. I am also going with the Jegs Red Hot Ignition series rotor and cap. 19.99 for the set. Brass of course. (p.116T)

I have not made a decision about plugs. I really like my NGK's but am heavily leaning to the autolites.

I have done a tune up on my truck 2 times and messed with it a lot more than that. This last time I did wires I broke a vacuum hose as it was very very brittle so when I barely hit it it snapped. Just be careful of stuff like this and you should be good. It isn't too hard to do. On a level of 1-10 I'd give it a 2 but thats just my personal opinion.

I have a set sitting at the shop in Florida waiting for my Camaro. I have not gotten a chance to put them on yet but did get to look at them and they seem to be pretty nice wires. Jegs sells nice stuff, so I didn't have any doubts.
