i have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.2 (318) with 84000 miles and im not sure which of the tranny models for this year is mine. im trying to change all the fluids and adjust the tranny bands and start out new i recently bought the truck and i dont know the previous maintenance.

also i flushed the system of all the old tranny fluid and when i pulled the line off the tranny to the cooler 2 ball bearings came out. i have no clue where they came from but its got me worried, im guessing they lost their seat in the valve body. any suggestions what i should do.
