Default 98 ram 1500 just died

My 98 ram 1500 5.2l died on me last evening, as I was driving home last evening, it up and died, no check engine light or anything. I read codes today, getting P0351, did some troubleshooting on it, my coil is good, the pick up coil is giving the corect responses when probed as well as the crank position sensor. I replaced distirbutor cap and rotor, tried another pick up coil that I had from another distributor, still no go. I am getting lots of fuel, no spark at the plugs, there is spark goin into the cap but not coming out. Is it possibly the pcm, the ignition module is located in the pcm is it not. As well I was told by a few that these pcm are captive for the vehicle, is that true. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. tvindivo

Did you happen to notice when you were cranking it if the rotor was actually turning?

you hear the fuel pump prime when you switch ignition to "ON" position? also, have you checked the spark at the wires with a spark detector? could be pcm, but make sure to double check everything before lookin at it. Check all wires, make sure none are burnt, and check all grounds.

Thanks for all your help guys, I managed to get it going, I ended up removing the coil to to complete a primary and secondary test for resistance, found that there was resistance just not the amount needed to fire the truck up, not to mention that the bottom side of the coil had a crack in the housing.
Thanks again tvindivo
