what brand of plugs and plug wires are best for the 5.9L V8 97' Ram 1500?

alot of people run autolite 3923 plugs. wires is debatable. i run autolites wires and i like em. Some people run a 8mm wire from msd or mopar or taylor.

I like the MSD 8.5mm superconductor wires. The champoin truck plugs are a good bet too.

ya those are good ;i got the 3923 autolites.if you got stock coil it really doesnt matter i dont care what anybody says 7mm +up j/fine but i like the wires with a heat sheild.

I use the NGK Iridium spark plugs. No problems yet, but if I had to switch, I'd go for the Champion truck plugs.

As far as wires go, I'm planning on getting some (currently siding with) MSD 8.5s here soon.

I recommend autolite 3923's, and the 8.0mm jegs wires. Pretty good combo IMHO.
