i went to the auto store and want to change my plugs cuz i dont know when the last time they were changed( got truck 1 month ago) and i asked for the 3923's and they said they dont have them and they arent for my truck and gave me the 5224's will those be ok or should i demand the 3923's. what is the difference between the 2??

 

The 3923s, I believe, are a heat range cooler.

The 3923s are not listed as "correct" for our trucks, but they fit fine and work well.

 

Yeah, the 5224 is a the recommended replacement, but the 3923's are a heat range cooler and seem to work much better.

 

go get them at wal-mart...about $3.00/pair...
