Default STUMBLING & STALLING DURING WARMUP

Greetings and Salutations everyone, about 6 months ago I wrote a post regarding my 98 Ram 5.9L 4X4 stumbling and stalling during warm up. The engine doesn't completely stop and the stumbling only lasts about 10 - 15 seconds then recovers. I have the round style air cleaner on it the TB so when this is happening it starts to open to take in more air. It was suggested that the intake gasket needs replacing and there was some oil on the pan when I looked throught the "Butterflys" on the TB. So I replaced all the gaskets on the intake and the lower pan and it still does this. Someone suggested that I should go back to the stock thermostat instead of the 180 degree one that I'm running due to a LOOP not opening right (?) because nowI am also getting a CEL= Cylinder 5 Misfire. Yes I've changed everything associated with cylinder #5 (ie. spk plugs, wires, cap, rotor, injector, compression, and coolant temp sensor) however this still occurs. The CEL will stay on sometimes for a few days then go off and then engine runs fine but when it lights up it the "MISS" is so noticeable that it feels as though the plug wire is not even attached. Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a 2000 Ram 2wd with the 318. I changed all sorts of things. Cap, rotor, crank position sensor, thermostat, plenum, intake manifold gaskets, and plugs. I think that the motors are jus cold blooded. My local stealership couldnt even given me a definate awnser.

YOU KNOW, ALOT OF PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM SUGGESTED THAT BUT MY BEST FRIEND AND HIS BUDDIES ARE SERVICE MANAGER AND MECHANICS AT A DODGE DEALERSHIP AND THEY PERSUADED ME NOT TO BUY ONE BECAUSE THEY SAID IF IT GOES BAD IT'S GOING TO GO SO THAT'S THE ONLY SUGGESTION FROM THIS FORUM THAT I HAVE NOT TRIED BUT I WILL SINCE YOU BROUGHT IT UP AGAIN. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.
