Your best bet is to find a wrecked 1994 2500 thats either been roller or rear ended. Preferably rear ended.

You'll need the motor, the transmission, the transfer case, the axels, the supension, the wiring, the fuel lines (your gas tank will be fine, but you'll need to clean all the gas out of it obviously). Basically you'll just be swapping out everything that's in the diesel. Definetly worth it though if you have the talent and time to do it.

and running 37s on stock axels is bad enough without 3.55 gears. I guess you don't go offroad? 4.88 gears would compliment the 37s well. You really should probably upgrade your axels as well.
