I had my truck up on the jack and noticed that my front brakes are rubbing. On all previous vehicles I have owned the front wheels spun freely when off the ground. The wheels wont spin easliy and I am guessing that is not normal, I actually burnt the crap out of fingers when I accidentally touched the rotor (not sure how hot they should get).

Can someone tell me what is normal and how to fix/adjust if need be?
