Default chimer issues

my buzzer works when i turn the ignition on but stopped working with the headlights and key in the ignition. they both stopped workin at the same time the only thing i can think of that i did was when i put in my power locks and windows but i wired everything myself the locks are wired to the power lock fuse and the windows are wired to the battery with an inline fuse that i will soon wire to the power window fuse i did have it wired to a spare acc fuse but i guess with it turning on my amp and powering the windows i kept blowin the 15 amp fuse i had in there thats why i have it to the battery and i didnt see the power window fuse until i looked today. i thought that maybe i blew another fuse but wouldnt the buzz not work at all?

also the door switch still turns the dome light on when i open the door

too late to help you - but the power window or door lock fuse (cant remember which one) interacts with the chimer in the ctm and silences it. it also prevents the ctm from varying the delay time of the intermittent wiper, causing it to always be on the shortest delay. i llearned all that the hard way...[:@]
