It seems like my transfer case is making a vibrating noise when I lay off the gas at about 70mph on the highway. If I drive any faster than 70mph it makes the grinding/vibrating noise too. Also the speedometer makes noise when this vibrating/grinding is happening. Would it be the transfer case? My case has been leaking for some time now. I try to fill it up when it gets low.

Also does a transfer case from a 97 ram 1500 with the 5.9 work ona 2000 ram 1500 with the 5.9??
