Default subs and transmissions

alright so I finally got everything set up in my truck so what I'm curious about now is I have noticed when I have the sub right above the transmission area right behind the middle front seat on the floor my truck shifts alot harder. But when its not there its smooth as butter most of the time. Now is it possible that the sub can be causing issues sitting right there or am I just going crazy?
Is it the magnet or just heavy vibration?

I have a sub in the same spot as you, and mine doesn't seem to be having any problems.

I can't imagine that would cause any problems unless you have that sub turned up really, REALLY loud.
