spark plug stuck
i need some quick help. i am trying to do a compression test, and while taking out spark plug #7something has happened. i started with 7 but number 5 came out with outa problem. when i try to loosen it it gets loose and then will tighten back up. so if i go to the right it will get a lil loose and then tighten up ;like its supposed to. i dunno what happened. the spark plugs just went in not 3 weeks ago, i hope its not stiped anyone got any sugesstions?
On one of my buddies cars he was tuning up, he had a plug kind of like that, had me play with it and I said I think you just got to put some muscle on it, but we weren't sure so he talked to his uncle (familiar with 4 cylinders from toyota) and he just turned it hard and it popped right out. I was right, but it was an import so nothing to brag about, lol. From what I understand it just seems like there's some rust down there. Did you put anything on your plug like anti-seize before installing them?
yeah we put some dielectric grease stuff on them before we installed. all the others came out fine.
ive been putting muscle into im just scared to strip it (if it isnt already) and its in an awkward postion right there beneatth the brake booster! sometimes i hate these engines

Mine have got stuck before but it that kind of way, but I just took the air wratchet to it and it came in and out without problem after that. If you don't have a compressor I'd say justgive it hell
shoot some penetrating oil on the plug.
let it sit.
place the socket on it and lift a bit, then try to turn by hand or with ratchet.
if it is stripped, youre hosed.....
snug it back down and forget about it
