i have a dodge 2000 sport 4x4 i was wanting to put bigger tires on like maybe a set of 33's i have 16x7 inch wheels now can i use 15x8 wheels with a set of 33.s like to get a wheel and tire combo or would that not work any help please new to dodge's love the one i got or would it be better to stay with 16inch wheels[:-] it does not have the off road pgk's

 

dodge lug pattern is 5x5.5 and as long as you stay with thatpattern it wont matter what size rim(unless too big) you use
i run 20 inch rims on my 97 ram with a 275x10 tire.

 

The tire to rim size is really a matter of preference on your behalf....I run 35's on mine, I had a set of 16 inch rims with 35's on em and they looked alright but then I got the set of 15 inch rims with the 35's and they look so much better...
All depends on the look you're going for...more chrome or more rubber...I prefer more rubber...

The only problem with the wheel size is that they might not clear the brakes. Im not sure because ive always ran 16s. The 33' should clear just fine because i ran 33s for a while and they rubbed a little at full turn.

 

does anyone else run 15inch wheels on there truck want to know before i byt them
