Default TRANSMISSION PAN

I recently got a 2000 ram quad cab with a 5.9, i was looking under it and noticed the tranny pan was very rusty and needs changed, i called the dealer for the pan and he said there was a screw needed whick they did not have, anyone knows what he was talking about. and is it just simple to replace the pan?

The screw he needs is the one that fell out of his head, the only thing you need are the bolts that hold the pan on.

Yeah, thats basically all you need. Just the main bolts for the pan. Unless for some odd reason he though you meant something like a drain pan plug. But other than that, im lost for words.
