Keep us updated with how it goes. Are you going to go with the Auburn LSD next? I so far don't have any complaints about mine. I'd say I have 1,500 miles on it or so.

I'd see if you can get your money back, and go for a detroit locker. I've yet to hear of anyone breaking one even with big tires.

I don't know that a Detroit locker would do what you'd want from how you have talked in the past.

Ya, im getting the auburn lsd...

I dont want a detroit, although I do know I wont break it... I usuually dont fall for sales scams (like powertrax's) of it being as smooth as a limited slip... I just thought I was making a better choice over the lsd... But overall for 80%street 20% offroad (like I use it) nothing beats the lsd.

Ill keep you posted, Ill probably be in late to work tomarow becasue of it... last time I had to call these monkeys at richmond it was a 1.5 hour experience, Now they will probably give me a really hard time about it casue they will say its an install problem.
Does anyone have any ideas as to better prove that it WAS NOT a install problem? Im going to read over the install instructions they give, ill pick the little words they use for checking the gap and ill cover everything.

I have an Auburn LSD in the rear of mine. (Ox up front) Had it for, I think, 2 years now. I wheel it on rocks in the summer and have snow here in the winter. I love it. I would definitely recommend it.

Ditto although I haven't really offroaded mine with other than our gravel driveway thats rough going to our other house.

I think the Detroit is great for a truck thats offroad only or 90% offroad but even a truck I drove 50/50 I don't think I'd want a locker in it.

There is always the Detroit Tru Trac if you want a LSD but after doing research I decided to just go with the Auburn.
