1997 ram cabin filter
has anyone ever found or built a hvac cabin air filter? my interior constantly is covered in a black dust ,obviously from the environment. I have just had a total new leather interior installed and i want to keep my truck clean!!
No cabin filter in the 2nd gens.
Only thing I've ever seen is a filter that plugs into the accessory outlet from places like Brookstone or The Sharper Image:

I'm personally kind of skeptical of ionic filters, but that's all I've ever seen.

i found something from another poster, http://www.autotrucktoys.com/ram/CAB...6297C1430.aspx
i ended up removing the plastic vent cover ,went and bought washable filter material, cut it to size and hot glued it to the under side of the panel. i hope this will at least prevent a good portion of debris etc. another thing i need to add to it is a filter type of spray / oil .
ive sent an email to the manufacture of the "cab fresh air filter" to see how they look, ill post the info if any good.
