Get a new TB gasket; They're about $2. As long as everything is running OK, no need to replace parts. Be careful not to move the plunger on the IAC, but clean it well and make sure the O-ring goes back in.
Go easy with the cable links. I rotate them and push or pull them( can't remember ). Someone described it like a cell phone holder, belt clip, where it slides in. Also you can remove the bracket with 3 screws rather than taking each cable out of the bracket.

Good luck.

Replace both the gaskets (there is one each above and below the TB. ALWAYS replace gaskets (and the air filter while you are at it). There is no real reason to replace any of the three sensors if you are not having problems. Worst case scenerio you spend an hour to replace them at a later date.

Take everything off and clean all of it following the instructions. Reassemble. Put back on with the new gaskets. There is really not that much to it. Nothing much to watch for...just don't drop anything down into the engine.

The two tips I might give is learn the art of sitting on the front frame piece in front of the radiator while leaning on the engine because that plastic fan shroud will NOT hold your weight. Second, find someplace out of the wind to use the tb cleaner because getting that crap all over your hands with the wind blowing is COLD. PM me if you want my number. I don't know all that much about mechanics but I did do the TB on my 98 last weekend.

I would add that I found it easier to use a pair of pliers. You need to put quite a bit of pressure on them to pop them loose and using your hand may result in bloody knuckles and cursing.
