Well get a new breaker bar and use the pipe, heat the nut up with a torch until its glowing and it should come off, make sure the cotterpin is completely out of the shaft or you will screw the threads up

If that still doesnt work borrow someone 3/4 drive breaker and socket and have two of your buddys hang on it for you, and if worse comes to worse you will have to burn the nut off, its possible to burn the nut off without FUKING up the axle shaft threads, but it takes a little skill with a torch to do that..........

I just did this today...I tried a breaker bar..an 8ft pipe..nuts wouldnt budge with my 225lbs bouncing on the pipe..... and just fyi..1 11/16 socket anywho.. had to use impact to break them loose..took 20 seconds a side..
Also easy way to get hub bearing out..use a air hammer... and a round cisle.. run the hub bolts back in a little. leave the socket on the bolt..run the cisle in the ratchet hole of the socket.. " the socket keeps the cisle from walking.". ...and just go around each bolt..and the hub pops right out.. hope that makes sence..

awsome idea on the air hammer.. I'm gonna have to tackle this in the fall.. just bought a cheap impact for the crankshaft nut so I can pull the harmonic balancer.. guess an inexpensive hammer would be a good investment in trade for the headache of trying to break that damn nut on the spindle.

Impact is the only way to go to get axle nut off.. well not only way.. but easiest...
hardest part i thought was the bolts holding the hub in.
Air hammer worked great to remove the hubs once the bolts was loose..
