hey i am sure like alot of you guys i have a 2001 5.9L V8 it was my dads until i got it. We originally bought it for towing but i dont need it for that. Anyways i need some more power dont get me wrong its a strong truck but 245hp just isnt flying my kite. I am a muscel car fan and need some more power couldnt quite get the SS camaro i wanted lol. Any suggestions???????????

Here are some basic modifications you can do to start the platform for building true horsepower for your 5.9...

pacesetter longtube headers with y-pipe, eldebrok or gybson headers
Flowmaster/Magnaflow Exhaust
K&N airhat or FIPK intake kit
Fastman Throttle Body
