Default driveshaft out of balance?

i was driving tonite and i noticed a strong vibration only between 40 and like 45 wether im on the gas or not and it doesnt matter if im in o/d or not. i kno its not the wheels i just had them done. any ideas?

if it just started with the replacement of tires or wheels, they may be out of balance.

if its an old vibration, it could be u-joints (most common) or anything in the drive line. trans/t-case, rear end/pinion.
