Default How do you tighten the linkage?

when i got my truck back from the tranny shop after a rebuild the linkage was loose/ i had went to get gas and i came back to start it and all the lights came on but it wouldnt turn over, so i start freakin out cuz i was on my lunch break and didnt know what to do, and for some reason without thinking i put it in neutral and it started. so i know its the linkage but where is it and how do you adjust it? im getting sick of using my ebrake everytime i park. and sometimes when i put it in park and rev the engine it goes in reverse- not a good thing almost smashe my buddys overhead door one day- oops! if anybody can get some pics or just a step by step that would be great.

Take it back to the shop and have them fix it. , If they screwed that up i can only guess what else mite go wrong , plus letting it out of the shop like that...
