Tune up and weird clicking noise

I have a 97 Dodge Ram with the sst package and I was wondering what could be the cause of the clicking I have when my rpms are around 800 to 2500 I did'nt know if it would be pinging or what. Spark plugs have just been changed and I have msd 8.5s on but looking for suggestions and comments. Thanks Aaron.
