They look like SH*T, really only 4 months? Did the paint burn off due to the heat?

Herculiner still looks good, How many coats do you have on it, I have found that 1 coat is not enough and Im getting ready to repaint mine again.

I helped a friend do his truck. The instructions in the herculiner kit stated its a two coat system. Coat 1 acts like a primer and coat 2 has to be applied after 4 hours or so. His came out decent, it did tear in a few spots from the dragging of heavy mower decks.
Other than that, its a nice cosmetic light duty alternative to the drop in liners.
I have a drop in liner, but think its the best for my needs. I haul wood for the most part and the rail caps have saved it from dents many times. But I do like the looks of the roll on stuff.

That sucks only 4 months, how hot do the headers get? I use high heat bbq paint for wood stoves and stove pipe, would this work? I'm not sure off the top of my head what the paint says it can handle, but I know the stoves get pretty hot.

I have the ceramic coated Edelbrock shorty headers and have been pretty satisfied with them. However, if I had the cash I would be replacing them with long tube headers and selling these. That won't be happening this year though as I'm saving up to change gears from 3:55 to 4:10 and install either an Auburn or Detroit posi in the rear.

No, I'm going to swing this pocket watch over your forehead and you're going to get sleepy, very sleepy. Now listen to my voice:

"You're going to buy the Southeast RT custom longtube headers. You're going to review them for your buddies on Dodgeforum.com."

Now, WAKE UP.

Hey PA, so how's it going, man?

haha, nice.
Those summits look terrible. My Edelbrock's that I've had on for a couple of weeks still look the same as when I first bought them. Definitely go with some ceramics next time. That herculiner looks good still though. I thought about trying to do that to mine, but I've just been preoccupied spending my money on other things.
