96 Ram Halo light problem

I recently purchased a set of used Halo headlighs for my 96 Dodge Ram. I installed them and took it for a ride. Of course, they were pointed right at the ground. When I adjusted them up, the whole kit juts out on the side and it doesn't look like they belong in the truck. Does anyone have any suggestions?I need them!!!!
