front end walking

on my 2000 dodge 2500 the front end walks around everywhere when i drive it has been doin this for a while and i was wondering if there is any way to fix itt

If it's a 4x4 = tracbar.Use the search option,lots of info on this subject.

also along with checking the trac bar look at your ball joints could cause a bad walk. My friends dodge did the same thing.
