I have a ram 1500 and my friend wants me to buy some leaf springs from his 2500. Will this work. Will it lift the rear of my truck or just be more heavy duty if it even does anything.

They should work. I have a dakota and I put a rams 2500 springs under mine. What you might want to do is check to see if the leaf spring mounting locations are the same. If they are differnt than you can take the leaf spring packs apart and keep your top one and put all 2500 lower ones on. Thats exactly what I did.
