You could get a throttle body spacer. Those are under 200. Plus it'll give you a chance to take off the throttle body and give it a cleaning.

While they are under $200 they also do absolutely nothing on these trucks.

manifold to cat is 1.75" or 2". cat to muffler is 2.5"

I say roll that $200 into a blunt and smoke it.

That's probably how its going to go with gas prices anyways so you might just as well enjoy it all by yourself.
