Pretty much the answer is yes, ...but if you do go with the 20" wheels, ...you should consider going to a different dimension tire (ie. 285/50-20).

NO, NO, NO, the rims from a 2007, 2008, 20" wheels will NOT fit. I have a 98 SB 2wd and was going to buy the same set (5 spoke, more edgey looking wheel, Not the polished bubble wheel from the 2003,2004,2005 years). I had a set lined up for $600with tires, smoking deal. So I was at the guys house and was trying to fit the back wheel, there is a lip sticking out from the drum that is larger than the newer style wheel, the bolt pattern is the same but when you try to push the wheel in flush with the drum it rotates around that ring and will not mount flush. The only solution would be to grind out the lip on the wheel a little larger to fit the drum, not easily done with a hand grinder, you would need a CNC machine or some kind of rig so it would be concentric to itself and rotate true. I know this is a bummer but if you find a new style set for a good deal and don't believe me, make sure you try to mount them before you give them any money.
