CAI Question
I have a 2001 Ram 4x4 2500 Quad Cab 360 5.9
A year ago I had put a K&N CAI on my Ram. I had some work done to it at the local Dodge Dealer (Warranty Work) and had them clean the Throttle body and Fuel Injection system extra. When I got the truck home I noticed a loud hissing noise when it was running. The CAI was off of the Throttle Body and riding to the side. When a looked closer at the issue a noticed the stud that was threaded into the Throttle body was broke off. I called the shop and of course they said the is was like that. (Still dealing with that comment) So...anyway....is there a way to put the CIA back on....maybe like a different way? If not what could I do to get the broken stud out? Is there a cheap way to replace the Throtte Body?

I would take the throttle body off and see maybe if you can get the broken off piece out first before just buying another throttle body. You maybe able to take it off and drill a small hole in the center of the stud and use an ease out to get the piece out.
