All I have to say is bearings suck. I work in a sand an gravel pit. I need to know what I can run in my truck because I buy all my parts from the stealership. The U Joints an wheelbearings are failing it's the second set I have had to install in a year. Does anybody on here run an aftermarket wheelbearing an use u joint that are a litlle better made. The sand worms are killing my pocket book. @ 4.00/ gal an 320 wheelbearing an 40 u joint what am i doin wrong?

 

oversized tires? they are hell on bearings.

 

Can't speak for bearings as my second set is still good but for the third set of u-joints I went with Spicer. Best ones available.

 

I have goodyear 265's an ther new.. I just have a problem with sand gettin to them. i have done everything buy the book... Anybody run any special heavy duty bearing?
