thats Chrysler red actually....and ya it looks wild to see a hot rod painted engine in a newer model truck...

it did turn out quite well thanks. my wife and i worked every night after work rebuilding heads, intake etc. pulled the motor out last saturday and had it rebuilt and back in in one weeks time. my wife even did all the taping for the stripes and what not. She is very proud of it. Its my weekend tow rig for my heep o jeep but its her DD

bought the truck for $400 cash with a locked up motor
have about 4 in the motor now...had to replace an O2 sensor and output speed sensor but other wise its all good. especially for under a grand

 

thats a kickin garage man , awsome. lookin good, nice color too i chose that for my valve covers. i love it.
