I bought this 96 Ram 1500 4x4 w/318 engine 5 speedabout 2 months ago. It also has a 3in body and 3in sky jacker suspension lift, w/Mickey Thompson 315/75 tires. Since I had the truck just been doing some reg. maintenance, change the wheels from my old truck(that's a long story) and had a spray in liner put in. I decided to do the 14in round air cleaner mod. and I was thinking about doing the Fastman throttle body down the road within the next couple of months. As I was doing the air cleaner I noticed that the throttle body on the engine was a "Holley V8"throttle body, my question is did the Rams come with Holley throttle bodies or Mopar throttle bodies? I had a 97 Ram but never looked at the throttle body.

 

The factory throttle body is made byand stamped Holley.
