Default Brake & ABS Light

I have a 96 1500 4x4 that had a rear brake line go and because of this, the master cylynder went dry. I replaced the line, rear wheel cylinders, rear brakes, I also replaced the front calipers (one was sticking), front pads and master cylinder. I bled the master on the bench, then RR, LR, RF, LF, but the lights are still on. I read that the RWAL valve should be bled at the bleeder, but there isn't one on the RWAL. What am I missing?

If the brake and ABS light are both on right now....it could be the ABS control module is bad.
