need help on new 402 stroker install. In a 97 1500 4x4.Stock injectors and throttlebody.No ecu upgrades yet.Can't get out of it's own way.

 

I think you stated the reason in your sentence about the stock components you're running.[sm=americanasmiley.gif]

 

Is that the Mopar 402 crate?
If yes, you will need 55mm tb (Hughes or F&B), 30lb injectors (bigger w/power adders) and an SCT tuner (hemifever @ Dodge Talk dot com sells/tunes them)
Besides the above, did you set the fuel sync? If the distributor is off a couple degrees that will also suck a lot of power from the motor cause of the injectors firing out of time from the valves.

should be good at +1, I usually go for 0 to +1
hemifever will give you a good tune if you give him all the specs on what u have
