Default trans pan leak

99 2500 2 wheel drive 5.9.No matter what I do the pan gasket seems to keep leaking.Cork gasket, paper gasket, plastic gasket with new pan,it doesn't make a difference.Could a plugged cooler be causing to much pressure to build up?I'm stumped on this one.Any help would be great. Thanks

Take the pan off and see if it is crushed around the bolt holes, if it is use a block of wood and hammer to flatten them back out. This will happen a little normally but will be way worse if they were seriously overtightend at any time. When reinstalling only tighten to spec.

Is the pan warped at all? Lay it out flat and see if it's got any curve to it. Did you try just a regular old rubber gasket?

Try tightening the leaky ones about 2ft/lbs tighter and see if that doesn't help
