Default heater core question???

Third times a charm! I'm bypassing the heater core and was wondering on a way to clean out the residual stuff in the system. Any suggestions? Garden Hose?

garden hose. both ways.
if you want to flush the block, there are drain plugs on both sides, pipe plugs hiding behind the motor mounts.

Cool thanks though I just finished with it Yeah I was more concerned with just getting all the crap out of the heater core so I'm not breathing antifreeze fumes all day! I don't have the money to replace it right now and its probably gonna sit untill winter so I wanted it good and clean.
