Default exhaust

i am going to be putting long tube headers in my truck soon but before i do, i noticed that the truck has a egr valve and if i replace teh exhaust manifolds to headers the egr valve is going to be left by itself. Is there a way that i can delete it from my truck.

There are LT headers with an Egr bung.
