No offense man, but you're asking way to much for it. If you want that much for it (or anywhere near it), put it up on eBay. Maybe you'll get a good price for it.

Everyone here knows, or at least should know, that if you're not going with a ram-air kit or an enclosed CAI (which I'm debating getting rid of myself), the 14x3 route is far cheaper and just as good, if not better.

You should put the stock airbox on and then sell the K&N to your son for $150. He's probably gonna want to modify it anyway if he's a teenager.
