You can get a free PDF manual. https://dodgeforum.com/m_340929/tm.htmIt's for 2001 models which is basically a 2000. Very little changes if any were made between 2000-2001. It's helped me more then the Haynes, that's for sure. Has a wire winodw diagram under wiring.

Fixed, no clue how, but it's fixed. I went threw the entire vehc, pulled ever fuse one by one, ohm'ed it out and reinstalled. took ever relay apart and ohm'ed them out, put everything back together, BAM, power windows work. Even my a/c works now, guess the comp clutch relay was stuck. Now I just wanna find out what really happened.
